In May I really upped my fitness game, going to the gym at least 3-4 times minimum a week, joining classes and eating even more healthier than I previously was... and I lost a stone! I had messages flooding in; asking me how I'd lost so much weight! so I thought... why not tell you all? and commit to loosing a stone with you. I will be posting every week to discuss my progress.

Hello beauties,

I am writing to you all to give you my healthy lifestyle low-down. Grab some snacks! (healthy ones of course, and let's get started!)

Let's back track slightly, I started my blog in January! (Eek - that feels like ages ago now) which is where we set our goals for the year ahead and let's be honest how many of us can openly say - YES I did it, I smashed them all! If you can, then you are an amazing person because until this year, (well, the 5 month mark I'm going strong!!) I've never been able to stick to them, until this year!

Since my last post, not much has changed in the terms of my perception with loosing weight; I am not on a 'quick' diet I am on a weight loss and healthier life style journey.

Healthy Eating, Gym Regime & Better Choices | Lifestyle

 


Healthy Eating & Lifestyle Update :
 
It has officially been 4 months since I set my New Year's Resolutions, so I feel like now is the right time to let you know just how I'm getting on. This is a good chance for you all to reflect on your resolutions/aims for the year also. I hope you're still sticking to them and not just the 31 days!
 
I took the plunge and joined the gym at the beginning of January, as I knew that telling myself I wanted to 'diet' and loose weight would be challenging. I don't really like the word diet, it makes it seem impossible to reach your end goal, when really nothing's impossible, you just have really want it and I hand on heart promise you'll get there.
 
I have now decided to take a new outlook and think of it as 'making healthier choices' and really learning about what I'm putting into my body and ensuring I fuel myself with fresh products and  nourished food that'll help improve the brain, organ function and body and make you healthier overall. These simple changes, even by just simply drinking more water and challenging yourself to try and drink roughly 3 litres a day, will have a huge impact on your health and mind.
 
I honestly feel so much more healthier since I have started working out and eating clean. This is definitely NOT a diet, this is a lifestyle choice and I'm thoroughly enjoying it!

What I Eat In A Day | Lifestyle

I wanted to try a slightly different post today - What I Eat In A Day. I love reading Anna Saccone's post's and vlog's as it is an insight into their life. I think these posts are interesting especially if you like being a little bit nosey into people's day and what people eat - do you change your food plan up a lot or do you stick to the same things?
