Weight Loss + Healthy Lifestyle Journey #4 | Summer 2017

Hello beauties,

We are now on the fourth week of the loose a stone with me in June challenge - hasn't this been a long month?! I have an important event later this week, so have been sticking to my plan as tight as possible! Are you toning up for Summer? if so let me know how you're doing!

These's photo's are from my progress so far - I can't wait until next week to reveal if I have completed the challenge (I am so so close!) EXERCISE :
(My fitness routine)

I have continued to stick to my PT plan all of last week, and on the 2 week days I couldn't go to the gym I did a home HIIT workout (these are readily available on Youtube) my favourite videos are from Youtuber superstar Lucy Wyndham-Read she has some fab videos on toning your arms, abs and doing a total body workout - and the best thing is there free and you can do them from the comfort of your own home.

WHAT I EAT :
(Insight to my diet routine)

I have been sticking to the same meal plan - 2x Vanilla shakes a day (I find these so much more refreshing than Chocolate shakes now the weather's hotter) followed by a salad or 2x snacks throughout the day and a healthy meal ensuring I take my Juice Plus booster to reduce 25% of the calorie intake 30-45 minutes beforehand! I have been drinking loads of water recently aiming for 2-3L a day followed by at least 2x green tea's to detox my body, most people don't like green tea - but my friend and I are obsessed with it - I don't like flavoured tea, just the pure natural green tea... Do you like green tea?

DO IT FOR THE AFTER SELFIE :

So guys, last week we were lucky enough to have some gorgeous hot weather in the UK and I went out of my comfort zone and wore my bodycon skirt and I actually felt good in it, usually I like to wear tights and boots but I think I would've melted away by the end of the day in that heat! I'm really impressed with how well I've stuck to this healthy lifestyle plan and by the results I'm seeing. I look forward to catching up with you next week for the last update of this month's challenge.

Look at the difference! I love seeing progress photo's with a few weeks between them, you can see results then and it gives you something to work towards!



Whatever your goals are, no matter how big or small, work a little harder today to achieve them, because you never know what tommorow may bring, you might just start something beautiful!
