What I Eat In A Day | Lifestyle

I wanted to try a slightly different post today - What I Eat In A Day. I love reading Anna Saccone's post's and vlog's as it is an insight into their life. I think these posts are interesting especially if you like being a little bit nosey into people's day and what people eat - do you change your food plan up a lot or do you stick to the same things?

Breakfast (7:30AM)For breakfast I eat either toast with Marmite with a glass of Orange Juice or either Weetabix. Whilst I eat breakfast I am chatting with my Mum about the day ahead - and usually catch up on one Youtube video before I head off to work.

Drinks (8AM)

As I head into the office I always make myself a Cuppa - I literally cannot start the day without a lovely cup of tea - I will also make myself a pint glass of water to keep me hydrated.

Mid-Day Snack (11AM)
For my mid-day snack I have a small box of grapes with a pint glass of water.

Pre-Lunch Booster and Water (12PM)I have been having these Booster's for the past few months before eating my lunch and main meal with some water. I continue to drink water throughout the day.

Lunch (12:30PM)

For lunch yes, I usually stick to the same meal - because it costs around £15 p/week - I purchase it all from Iceland (Depends where the Uncle Bens rice is cheapest!!) I have Hot 'N' Spicy Chicken, a bag of  Uncle Ben's vegeatable rice and microwaveable bag of veg! This dish fills me up SO much and is perfect to stop me wanting to snack throughout the day!

Dinner

This is one thing that changes all the time, this is one of my favourite dinner's of all time, Lasange! I always try to have either a portion of salad or fruit with each dish. And I usually drink a glass of coke.

Gym Time

I go to the gym at least 3-4 times every week and I still thoroughly enjoy it - I spend half my time doing cardio e.g. cross trainer or the running machine, on the running machine I like my incline to be at the highest level I feel this pushes my workout even more. I use the bike exercise to help with my arms including the rowing machine and weights. I do squats and exercises on the floor with the mats too. I spend anything from 1 hour and a half - 2 hours in the gym. And DO NOT LEAVE unless I'm so worn out I cannot do anything else :)

I hope you enjoyed seeing this different style of a post. Let me know what else you'd like to see.
