MissyEmpire Haul & Lookbook 2020 | Fashion

Hey, hey, hey - and welcome back to another blog post. Today I'm going to be sharing the recent clothes I've ordered from MissyEmpire and share my thoughts with you as it's my first time trying their range - I've always seen lovely outfits tagged and shared from them on Instagram so I decided, why not try it myself too. I hope you enjoy my post, rather than just tell you about the items I have also taken photos of me wearing them so you can see how they look on me - and also, an insight as to how I would style them. OUTFIT 1 -

If there's one thing I fell in love with most on their website is the gorgeous slogan tees, so I knew I'd be picking up a few of these! (Which your about to see - but honestly now I've tried them I AM OBSESSED!) I absolutely love the style and fit of these oversized tees and think you can wear them in so many different ways. I've paired them with leather look joggers and heels and I did tie the shirt up too so it is more fitted. But you could also dress this down with denim shorts and trainers - or even dress it up with heels!

OUTFIT 2

Next up is this gorgeous t-shirt which again, just has such a lovely fit! I love the length of the sleeves on these shirts and I rolled mine up to style again with a pair of leather look joggers and heels which is personally how I would style these, or switching the joggers up for a nice pair of jeans and heels. I would even pair this with shorts, or even joggers for a comfy look. I feel these shirts you can wear so many different ways and they just look great! They quality is absolutely amazing and the material is super comfortable too. Love love love!

OUTFIT 3

Yep, you guessed it... another slogan tee! How stunning is this oversized tee - again the fit is perfect, the length of the sleeves are just amazing, and exactly how I love shirts to fit. I styled this by tucking the shirt into leather look joggers and heels. This would be such a lovely date night outfit - or even going shopping (when we can!) - I absolutely love this style! Again, there would be so many different ways to wear/style/pair with this outfit which is the best thing about fashion exploring with different options - so keep an eye on my Instagram to see how else I decide to style these staple items to my wardrobe!

OUTFIT 4


Woo - now onto something a little different, and my oh my, am I impressed with this dress! This is a bandeau basic jersey mini dress and it is the most comfortable fit ever. It's so stylish and easy to wear, and you could definitely style this with some jewellery too! I personally kept it very minimalistic - but have also styled this with sandals too for a more casual look. This was so so so reasonably priced - I couldn't believe it! THIS DRESS IS EVERYTHING I WAS LOOKING FOR! I love the length and fit of this dress and I had some lovely compliments when I shared this picture on my Instagram feed.

OUTFIT 5

I honestly cannot pick a favourite outfit / piece from what I've ordered as I'm super happy with everything. But, this outfit is a VIBE! So - first up we have this oversized sweatshirt - I personally feel I could of gone a size down from my usual size (for reference I ordered everything in a size 10) as I do like my hoodies quite fitted. However, saying that, I simply rolled the sweatshirt up and got the style that I like - and I would wear it normal with the joggers as well or with cycling shorts underneath for a more relaxed / chilled look. The quality of this is AMAZING!! The material is super comfortable and feels lovely and so soft. The ultimate CHILL-OUT hoodie. I then picked up their Rebecca white casual joggers which I've seen featured so many times on Instagram and I've wanted a pair for ages. They are again, such a comfy fit and the material is amazing (I think you've gathered by now, I am extremely impressed with the quality of the clothes from this brand!) - I love joggers as I feel you can style them down or up depending on your preference. I would wear this outfit with a nice pair of trainers, or how I've got here with heels - you could mix up with a nice top too or a bodysuit, joggers and heels would also be a stunning look. I've taken so much inspiration from people's outfits especially when styling joggers on Instagram and 21 Buttons - I am really enjoying getting into fashion!
