How To: Care For Your Hair | Favourite Masks + Oils

 Hello Beauties,

If there's one thing us girls all have in common it's the love for our hair! I have tried and tested so many different hair masks, treatments and oils and have narrowed it down to my favourite few to share with you all.

I absolutely love treating my hair with oils as it makes my hair feel better instantly! The oils indulge my hair with shine, softness and lightweight nourishment and definition, whilst most all smell heavenly.. which is a bonus too!

Here's my favourite hair oils to use:

Schwarzkopf BC Hair Therapy Oil Miracle | RRP £19.95

I discovered this brand through my Hairdresser, in her Salon she uses a range of products from this brand and I've always loved how my hair feels afterwards (and smells - I find this range smells so lovely!) I'll always go with what products my hairdresser recommends as so far everything I've purchased has definitely improved the condition of my hair. This oil is perfect to apply to freshly washed hair, running it through the ends of your hair to add plenty of moisture before styling, and away you go!

Argan Oil Hair Treatment | RRP £12.99

I've always heard such great reviews about Argan Oil - and this did not disappoint my expectations either. This oil has Moroccan Argan Oil extracts and aims to nourish and rejuvenate dry and damaged hair. I also love this product because of the additional benefits - it has a concentrated formula, which means it'll protect your hair against heat whilst adding lot's of shine and reducing fizz (my hair is naturally pretty straight - but, I find products that aim to tame frizz to make my hair appear straighter!)

Beaver 1+ Daily Moisture Conditioning Spray | RRP £11.50

I discovered this conditioning spray in a recent BirchBox - I find lot's of my beauty must haves in there, a perfect way to try before you buy the full-size product with the generous sized samples you receive! This conditioning spray detangles your luminous locks - this product works wonders for my hair, as it's tailored for dry and damaged hair as the product is conditioning, it definitely adds a lot of moisture.

I love using hair masks when I have a pamper evening, I find it so relaxing to lay back in the bath with a hair mask on and watching a Youtube video or catching up on one of my favourite TV Programmes. I always feel put together afterwards when my hair feels super soft and healthy again.

Here's my favourite hair masks:

Argan Oil Hydrating Hair Mask | RRP £3.49 / £1 in Poundland

I couldn't of done this blog post without featuring my new hair staple and must-have. I was introduced to this mask by a lovely lady at the Gym I go to - we we're in the sauna and she was applying this to her hair, and my attention was immediately drawn to the smell it reminded me on being back on holiday in Spain. So, back to the story! The lady asked my friend and I to guess how much she paid, judging only on the delightful smell, the quantity and the size of the product our guesses were between £10-£20 and we were so wrong! She had paid £1 for this after scanning the isles of Poundland and seeing it stocked up on their shelves - I literally couldn't believe it, after all Argan Oil is an amazing product for your hair I assumed it would be so expensive. I picked one up, but definitely will go back to re-stock. An absolute must-have and one of my favourite masks I've tried to date.

Kueshi Mask Brightness & Volume | RRP £10.50

If I remember rightly, this hair mask was also featured as a sample in one of my BirchBox's I've received - this mask makes my hair feel super soft and shiny after each use. I always love to describe the scents of hair products - as for me... they can make or break a product! I think this smells of vanilla, however when asking my boyfriend he responded with "it smells exactly like play dough" now, I have to agree I can vaguely smell it too - let me know if you have this what you think it smells like? I can confirm, once you've washed the product out, it smells completely normal!

John Frieda Frizz Ease Deep Conditioner | RRP £6.99

I first picked this product up after reading reviews from other Blogger's and after seeing it on a buy 3 for £10 deal in Asda when I was in Bournemouth. I am a huge fan of John Frieda's go blonder shampoo and conditioner, so I thought why not give this a whirl? I definitely was not disappointed, and continue to still try new things from this collection! This mask thoroughly moisturises my hair and brings it back to life - kind of like, I have new hair! I really like this formula of this product and use it frequently when my hair needs a boost. I would recommend using/adding a hair treatment mask once a week to your routine - I promise it'll work magic for your hair.
