First Impressions & Review: Revolution Lip Kit

Hello beauties,

I was recently went into Superdrug to look at the new brands they now have! I have heard lots of amazing things about the brand Revolution.

I decided to try their version of a lip kit. Lip Kit's have been the crave of 2016/2017 and so has the 'bigger/pouter lips' so... it's only right to see what the hype is about.

I purchased this lip kit for £6 which I thought was an amazing price as it includes both a lip liner and a matte lip gloss. I brought the shape Echelon which is a nude colour (my fave!) This is from their Retro Luxe range.

The texture is smooth and the lip liner has a creamy formula so glides on with ease onto the lips - the lip liner is matte however application was perfect! I will not have a problem with lip gloss and the wind with this product (that's not a great look is it?!) The product lasts a long time on the lips, is easy to apply and gives a lovely finish and that extra glam vibe to your look. This brand also has a metallic lip kit range which I'm eager to try!  TIP: use the OCC lip tar primer for extra strength if you find lipgloss/lip stick does not last long for you.

Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed this product and like it too! This was the first lip kit I'd ever used and I think they are a perfect combination to give you the best finish and a must have for your make-up bags. I will definetly repurchase more shades in the future and purchase more products from this brand - let me know whether you've tried these before and your thoughts, or if you have any other recommendations of lip kit's for us to try.
