As a beauty lover, I love researching more into the brand and the product range before I try the products and I was really encouraged to hear that Cetaphil have helped people care for their skin for over 70 years. The products in the sensitive skincare range which I'm reviewing are dermatologically tested and pH balanced. CETAPHIL - GENTLE SKIN CLEANSER
I have tried so many cleansers in the past, but the consistency, texture and purpose of this one really stood out to me. I have been using this cleanser both in the mornings, and in the evenings for 2 weeks now and have already noticed a huge improvement! I do have quite sensitive skin, so the products from this range have really worked wonders on my skin as they are very gentle and non-irritating, which leaves your skin feeling fresh, smooth and healthy. This cleanser removes all of my make-up, dirt and impurities from the skin and works very quickly, now that I am travelling so much more, I was definitely keen on trying these products as they are easy to take with you, quick to use and very effective! The cleanser is also fragrance free, which is something I also look for in my skincare products, and states that it does not block your pores, and matches the pH level of your skin. The cleanser has ticked all of my boxes for cleansing my skin, removing my make-up, being quick and easy to use, affordable and gentle... what more could we want?! This is going to remain a staple in my routine fo'sure!
CETAPHIL - DAILY DEFENCE MOISTURISER
I love trying and testing new moisturisers as there are so many different ones out there! I have been using this one in the mornings, after I cleanse my skin and before applying my make up - the cream applies light weight on the skin and is super moisturising. This moisturiser hydrates the skin, and has an SPF of 50+ protection - another thing I always look for in my moisturisers! Again, this product is fragrance free, and it is also doesn't block pores - I have noticed my skin has cleared up since using this and I haven't broken out. The results that I have seen after using this, is that my skin feels so smooth, and make-up applies effortlessly afterwards. I have also noticed since using this that my make up is lasting on my skin longer - which is a huge bonus for me, as my make-up is often battling against aircorn and the heater in the car which can have a tendency to allow the skin to get dry quickly or make up to come off and this skincare is the only thing I've changed in my routine so I'm impressed with how this is working for me!
CETAPHIL - RICH NIGHT CREAM
The next product I've been trying after using the cleanser in the evenings, is the rich night cream. I have always used the same moisturiser as I would in the day time - so this was a real treat to try something which is designed for the evenings. This feels extremely moisturising and hydrating on the skin, it leaves my skin feeling super soft and smooth! I really like the consistency of this moisturiser, as it is a rich moisturising cream, but it does not feel thick or greasy on the skin. Again, like the other two products I have spoken about, this is fragrance free, non-comedogenic (does not block pores), non irritating and dermatologist tested!
