Here is the make-up look I created! I am always drawn to a dark smokey eye look especially around the Winter time and find my Naked 2 palette creates the perfect look! I have also very recently swapped up my foundation - as many of you probably already know from my previous blog posts I raved about both the MAC studio fix foundation and the Estee Lauder double wear, I have been partnered with an amazing company recently and decided to try out their foundation. I must admit - I am hard to please when it comes to make-up, and when I find something I love it'll usually be re-purchased all the time and found firmly in my make-up bag at all times ready for me to get ready. However, this was an easy switch for me after seeing an experiment using the NU Skin foundation and other high-end brands - I discovered that the foundations I have previously used have had fillers, oils and other ingredients in which clog up your pores (which you don't want if you want great skin!) and was overwhelmed that this liquid finish foundation didn't contain any oils and allows your skin to breathe giving you a much more natural looking coverage! This foundation is a lovely matte finish, providing a medium but buildable coverage and reduces the dullness and redness from your skin, giving you a healthy glow by reflecting light and also has anti-ageing ingredients in which helps to achieve a flawless and youthful look. So, yes! safe to safe I am converted to this foundation now, if you have any questions or would like to purchase please drop me a message via email or on my social media.
To finish off my make-up look I have used one of our new range of powerlips which were pre-launched on the 11th December (unfortunately - they are now not back until March 2018) and the shade I'm wearing is maven which is a gorgeous dark nude shade. I was never a fan of wearing lipsticks, I much preferred a clear lipgloss or a lipbalm, however I invested in a collection of these gorgeous lipsticks and since I've had them I haven't stopped wearing lipsticks!! These are our matte liquid lipsticks with glide on with ease and have no bleeding, feathering or cracking at all they look and feel amazing on your lips. These lipsticks are very long lasting, and do not smudge at all (put it to the kiss, drink or eating test - and you won't see your lippie spread!) I have so many girls obsessed with these colours which can't wait to get them when they are officially launched, for more info on our powerlips please read my blog post here.
I hope you all enjoyed seeing the make-up look I created for this festive season!
Remember, be jolly and have a lovely Christmas and cherish the memories you make.
What make-up will you all be wearing on Christmas day? I will keep this look, but probably switch to a red lip. Let me know what looks you'll be doing in the comment section.
Thank you for all of your support!!
Love Em oxo
