Hey everyone!! I hope you are all doing well and have had a lovely January and start to your 2022. I am here to post a little bit of a life update, and catch you up on what's been happening over the last couple of weeks. As you know I usually post a What I Got For Christmas blog post every year, as they are always so highly requested, however, whilst I was on annual leave between Christmas & New Year I started to think about my dreams and goals for 2022 and I thought back to my 15 year old selfs dream of starting a Youtube Channel. As you know, I've mentioned on my instagram @emmapavier and in previous blog posts that this has always been the ultimate goal of mine, but I've never had the confidence to just go for it! I have written out my What I Got For Christmas posts for many years; 2016, 2017, 2019 & 2020 and I always enjoyed sharing those with you and taking photos of the beautiful gifts I received. However, I would always spend a few days after Christmas watching everyone's Youtube video versions of these posts and loved them - I had a few messages asking me to film a video instead and I thought, what better time to start than a new year. So, here we are, I started my Youtube channel on the 1st January 2021 and I have to date filmed, edited and uploaded 3 videos and I am so genuinely happy I've now started!!
What I Got For Christmas -
If you don't follow me on Instagram (@emmapavier) or Facebook (Emma Pavier), then this may be the first time you're hearing about my Youtube Channel, so I really hope those of you that enjoy reading my blog posts could support me on this new adventure of starting a channel!! And, if you're interested - I'll link the video down below for you to watch and you can go and check out all of the wonderful presents I received for Christmas in 2021. I had a really lovely Christmas spent with my loved ones, making new memories together, eating lots of yummy food and watching all of our favourite Christmas films. I really do hope you all had a fantastic Christmas too! As you know my boyfriend and I moved into our first home together in July so it was a Christmas of firsts, buying our first tree, decorations, wrapping all the presents (without the help of my Mum who is great at wrapping pressies) and then we spent Christmas Eve and Christmas morning with his family, and I travelled back to my home home *family home* to take my Grandad to church and then we spent a few days with all of my family which was lovely. I was totally spoilt on Christmas and had so many beautiful presents, which we know is not what Christmas is all about, but lot's of us do enjoy to watch! Hair Glow Up & Transformation - I Got New Hair Extensions -
The next piece of exciting news to share and update you all with is that I've had my hair done!! I decided again with it being a new year, to try a slightly different hair style out! As you know I had my first ever set of hair extensions last year which I loved but I knew I wanted to change them up next time! So when I went to my hairdressers we discussed going from highlights (what I previously had) to balayage with a face-frame which I absolutely love! I then went to my hair extenionists the following week to get my hair colour matched to the new set of Remi Cachet hair extensions I was choosing and I am over the moon with them we've gone for 22 inches of hair too. I'll share some photo's below of my hair progress. And, you guessed it... I filmed the process for my Youtube channel too! Again I will leave a link to the video below so you can give it a watch if you want too - I talk through the process of getting my hair done, consultation for my new extensions and then I show some footage of the extensions being fitted as well as a little Q&A with Jo from emilyjanehair and then I asked over on my Instagram for some questions to answer at the end of the video which you guys sent some through so I answered those as well!!

It's been great to catch up with you all! Other than those few updates, I've been back to work and I am also working on a super exciting project with work this year which I'll tell you about soon hopefully! And, I am still loving going to the gym - some of you will know, especially if you follow me on Instagram as I do share some of the workouts I do there and motivating quotes which people have been loving! I often get messages to say how those posts motivate some of my followers to go and workout too, which is fab! In September I joined a coach to support and help me with my fitness goals as when I moved I joined a new gym, and wanted to have a proper routine to follow and I am really enjoying this journey and have learnt a lot so far already. I have also wrote down my goals down for 2022 - do you goal set for the year ahead? I wonder how many people do set themselves New Years Resolutions! Something I have decided as a smaller goal this year, is to fall in love with reading again! I used to love reading new books and could read a book in a few days, I am currently reading Happy Sexy Millionaire by Steven Bartlett - and I am really enjoying reading it. Going forward, I am aiming to post every other week on my Youtube Channel, and eventually going to post once a week!! I posted a video yesterday too - which was Anything You Can Carry, I'll Pay For Challenge with my Mum it was so much fun. So check it out!
