Review: MAC Cosmetics Lipstick Collection

 
Today I wanted to show you all an insight to my make-up collection and wanted to start with one of favourite brand which is MAC Cosmetics.

 

                            

I currently have 6 MAC lipsticks in my collection (slowly but surely growing!) in which I have only ever brought one! Some have been gifted to me, but the majority of these lipsticks I have been thankful enough to the BAC-2-MAC scheme to recieve these for free, with a trade in of 6 empty MAC products. I have a post which goes into the scheme if you'd like more information - as you may have been throwing away your finished products without getting your end of the deal.

   I have tried lots of different brands for lipsticks, and MAC has stood out as one of my faves. The lipsticks are scented Vanilla, which I really like, it may not please everyone, but when you open the lipstick you can smell the product, however this scent is not overpowering in any means. The lasting power is very good and MAC has a very wide colour range different finishes of lipsticks to tailor your needs. The stand when you go into a MAC counter is incredible - you can swatch the lipsticks and try them on too! (WARNING - you may be in there for a long time if you do this - I usually spend no less than half an hour in the store, and that's a good day!)

I hope you have enjoyed seeing what lippies I currently own. I am going to keep collecting my empty products to get some more soon, I usually get my ideas of the ones I want from Youtuber's videos as I think 'Wow, I love her lipstick.. I wonder what it is?' And check the description of the videos and walah, it's there. My favourite lipstick shades are nude, so i'll definetly buy some more of those, and also I want to purchase some more lip-liners. I feel I currently have a good range of colours in my collection perfect for both day wear and evening/nights out.
